A Family Owned and Run Business for Over 30 Years

Bill McDonald, once the young lad who helped his father on a small farm near Morpeth, founded his family business in 1978. Thirty years later and Bill, with his own son Chris, are a father and son team running a highly successful brick laying and paving company.

Bill, a trained civil engineer, developed a new method of block paving drives, which has stood the test of time. The method, based on a concrete foundation, eliminates sunken drives and weeds. Developed over 40 years ago the method has resulted in a long line of happy customers. “You don't let customers down!” Chris, a qualified bricklayer says, “We have never been late for a job and we never leave a job until it is completed.” An amazing nine out of ten jobs are from referrals alone.

Bill explains, “Everybody has seen sunken drives and unsightly weeds pushing through.
